Sexuelle Rechte und Gesundheit in Haft

Sexual health and sexual rights are fundamental human rights – even in the context of imprisonment. This book sheds light on an area that has received little attention to date and shows how restricted access to healthcare, a lack of education, structural violence and discrimination affect the lives of prisoners. Based on scientific analyses, legal perspectives and practical experience reports, existing challenges are highlighted and possible courses of action are identified.
