Sichtbarkeit von weiblicher wissenschaftlicher Leistung im Fokus

Women are still not sufficiently visible as innovative top performers in academia and research. In this book, scientifically developed visibility strategies are presented as central results of three BMBF projects funded as part of the initiative ‘Innovative Women in Focus’. The ‘SPARK’ project developed concepts for the visibility of female academics, the EXENKO project shed light on excellence awards and visibility from the perspective of researchers and communication officers at universities, and the ‘Prof:inSicht’ project was dedicated to the visibility of female professors at universities of applied sciences. All the authors of this study are involved in the abovementioned projects.
