Soziale Innovationen und familiäre Problemlagen

Social innovations are considered an adequate answer to complex problems of our time. This work combines the approach of social innovations with the discussion of complex problems of families in Germany. Luise Frohberg focuses on the question of the emergence and dissemination of innovative solutions through the actions of the people involved, so-called key figures. To this end, a multidimensional, holistic concept is developed and applied to two initiatives, the Local Alliances for Family and the Healthy Children's Networks in Brandenburg. It is shown that the interplay of complementary key figures in different constellations of coordinated action is of high relevance.
