Sozialökonomie der Pflege und ihre Methodologie

What is social economics? And what do the social economics of nursing and its methodologies mean? This analysis explains post-structurally oriented social economics as part of inter-disciplinary social policy science in correlation with contextual hermeneutics in relation to research-related teaching. The paradigm of this analysis is to combine the theory of cultural embeddedness, the psychodynamic theory of decentralized individuals and the logic of qualitative social research from the perspectives of contextual hermeneutics and cultural semiotics. Nursing, partly combined with topics related to gerontology, is dealt with in the broad context of the social and healthcare sectors as a whole set against a backdrop of social change, and not merely as issues related purely to nursing science.
