The analysis is discussing the necessity of social phantasy and psychodynamic creativity of practical social policy in transgression of the path dependency in the world of institutional and normative social facts and cultural codes. Therefore the analysis is performing an understanding of the cultural grammar of social policy and of the corresponding psychodynamic pattern of dynamics and statics. That is one side of the analysis. On the other side it will offer a contribution to generate the emergence of the perspective of a deep psychodynamic grammar of the social policy science itself. In the center of all we have to discuss the dialectics of identity and alterity.
