Stärkung der Forschung durch Datenschutz

Research and data protection are of great importance for the future development of our society. Without the findings of science, which in many cases relies on personal data, it will not be possible to meet the challenges of the future. Without data protection, the future digital society will not be humane and worth living in, and the data subjects will not trust researchers with their personal data. Research and data protection must therefore work together constructively in the sense of research that complies with data protection. How this can be achieved was the question posed at the “25. Wiesbadener Forum Datenschutz”, which is documented in the book.
