Description
The Arab Spring revolution also transformed conditions at universities. This book analyses the changes that occurred in student culture after the Egyptian revolution of 2011 and identifies the political, religious, societal and educational dynamics behind these transformations. The study finds that the political engagement of students increased after the revolution and highlights areas in which Egyptian and international student activism in general have overlapped.
