The work "Terrorism(Criminal Law) – A Comparative Analysis of the Phenomenon and its Coverage by (Criminal)Law " illuminates the fundamental questions of the efficiency and the limits of the preventive criminal law, using the example of the so-called terrorism criminal law. In addition to aspects of criminal law dogmatics and criminal constitutional law, terrorism is examined in particular from a definitional and a concrete phenomenological perspective. The study, which focuses also on the phenomenon of so-called individual terrorist actors, aims at a comprehensive and conceptual understanding of terrorism in terms criminal law, and accordingly proposes a definition and a reform plan based on this understanding.
