The Italian Council of State in Europe

This volume highlights ACA-Europe’s work during the Italian Council of State’s presidency (2021–2023). It captures the essence of the “horizontal dialogue” among Europe’s Supreme Administrative Courts, promoting mutual understanding and the consistent application of European law. As a valuable resource for comparative legal education and academic research, it strengthens international judicial exchange and deepens insight into administrative jurisprudence across Europe. To support this aim, a glossary provides clear and standardized definitions of key administrative law terms, helping to bridge linguistic and conceptual gaps and enabling more effective communication and consistent legal interpretation across national borders.
