Tipping Points

Using the concept of tipping points, this volume sets out and assesses emerging questions of copyright law within a networked society. Contributions to this book deal with topics such as shifts in the legal framework for creative work, also in the context of digital platforms, referential art production such as those raised by the sampling controversy around “Metall auf Metall”, or the visibility of digital archiving.
