The European Company (SE) is a company structure of increasing importance for European entrepreneurs. A specific focus of interest for the choice of a certain kind of legal corporate form is the aspect of worker invol-vement. This applies particularly to the SE & Co. KGaA.
This dissertation focuses on the legal aspects of worker participation within the SE & Co. KGaA. The first chapter of the book outlines the legal principles of the SE & Co. KGaA according to German and European company law. The second chapter analyses the specific legal prerequisites of worker involvement within the SE & Co. KGaA, as well as its advantages for entrepreneurs in this context.
