The conference volume contains the central contributions of the 7th Corporate Criminal Law Days. The conference dealt with fundamental questions and the latest developments in corporate sanctions law in the European Union. The topic was examined from three different perspectives: the supplementation of individual criminal law by corporate fine law against "economic units", "gatekeepers" and other innovative subjects of liability, the integration of criminal, civil and administrative sanctions into an overall concept of sanctioning as well as criminal responsibility and corporate compliance.
