The application of Artificial Intelligence in everyday life raises continually. Thereby it isn’t excluded, that products, furnished with AI, cause damages on legal interests. In this situation arises the question of responsibility. Therefor this work follows the aim to analyze ethical aspects and civil requirements in this context. Commenced with the moral and legal capacity of such AI-products until the specific requirements for the production of such systems, fundamental problems are brought to a solution. Especially the influence of the AI characteristics to the valuation of the duties of care during the production of such systems is considered.
