This dissertation displays solutions and approaches for a regulation of the organ allocation which complies with the German Constitution and the Civil Rights. Therefore, prior the requirements of the Constitution and the Civil Rights have been worked out. In a second step the adherence was examined. Herein, the leading parts are the principle of democracy and the right of the physical integrity.
The dissertation shall offer the German Legislator an assistance to rework the current regulation.
