Versorgungssicherheit im Vergaberecht

In a globalized economy, pandemics, wars, disasters, and crises inevitably impact global supply chains. This study comprehensively examines the aspect of security of supply, both at the level of meeting demand and at the level of procurement, and presents the possibilities, limitations and reform options under public procurement law to enhance security of supply in the healthcare sector. In this context, strategies for shortage prevention through risk diversification and risk management, acute shortage management, and procurement cooperation are analyzed.
