The third volume of the Arbeitsgespräche zum Verwaltungsrecht (talks on administrative law) is aimed at scholars and practitioners interested in critically reflecting on developments in administrative law. The volume is dedicated to the topic of “administrative action”. The standards of administrative action, the selection and use of forms of action, the self-programming of the administration, the perception of decision-making latitude, administrative action under uncertainty, and administrative enforcement in the national and European “composite administration” are each addressed from a scientific and practical perspective. The challenges posed by the Covid 19 pandemic to administrative action are a particular focus of the volume.
