Verwaltungsverfahren im Öffentlichen Wirtschaftsrecht

This volume documents presentations from Germany, Austria, Taiwan, and Greece on the topic of “Administrative Procedures in Public Commercial Law.” Drawing on diverse perspectives and covering various areas of law, it addresses issues of administrative procedure that are of great significance for the enforcement of rights by both applicants for permits and opposing parties. Particular attention is given, on the one hand, to the perennial issue of expediting proceedings and, on the other hand, to the (still) emerging challenges posed by digitalization and AI. In terms of legal fields, the article covers both traditional areas such as the Trade Regulation Act and, in particular, environmental law proceedings.
