How can the enforceability of law, especially at subordinate levels, be better addressed within the framework of approaches to better lawmaking already in the ex ante perspective? This aspect of better lawmaking was the focus of a scientific conference of the Practice and Research Network of the Universities of Public Service, which took place in October 2022 at the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer.
The anthology presents the work of numerous renowned legal and administrative scholars from Germany and addresses the many dimensions of the question of improving lawmaking suitable for enforcement at the European, federal and state levels.
