Description

Methodological instrument sets the interpretation of the member-state solidarity in all past and present European Law written regulations. Throughout the analysis of the various manifestations of European solidarity, this book determines its normativity, justiciability and addressees, as well as its relationship to the principles of subsidiarity and sovereignty. The end result is the confirmation of the multi-dimensionality of solidarity and its function as a constitutional principle, objective and value of the EU.
