Was Wettbewerbs-, Immaterialgüter- und Persönlichkeitsrecht verbindet

The conference proceedings feature contributions on current topics in competition law, intellectual property law, and personal rights. The papers, which draw on academic and practical experience, address issues such as the concept of a work under EU law in the context of applied art, the use of images on book covers, post-mortem personality rights, the relationship between data protection and personality rights, environmental advertising, infinite scrolling, the relationship between patent and contract law, the right to a fair hearing, and the interpretation of claims at the European Patent Office. The conference proceedings are based on a colloquium that took place at TU Dresden University of Technology in June 2025.
