The liber amicorum honours Georgios Gounalakis, one of the leading and most influential media law scholars in Germany. The book combines contributions from all areas of business law, media law and digital law with articles from related research areas, particularly communication science. Because of its multidisciplinary perspectives, the book is of value not only for legal academia and practice, but also for research in media and communication sciences. The authors, which include both researchers and representatives of legal and political practice, are well-known experts in their areas.
