In January 2016, the ZIS—Zeitschrift für Internationale Strafrechtsdogmatik (Journal of International Criminal Law Doctrine) celebrated its ten year anniversary. On the occasion of that anniversary, almost fifty contributions by leading German-speaking experts in criminal law research were published in six issues of the ZIS in 2016. This book collates those contributions along with six previously unpublished essays by Gunnar Duttge, Andreas Hoyer, Ulfrid Neumann, Holm Putzke, Thomas Rotsch and Claus Roxin.
