Zivilprozessrecht – Wettbewerbsrecht – Arbeitsrecht

On September 27 and 28, 2023, the first Greek-German Congress of the National and Kapodistrias University of Athens and the University of Leipzig took place in Athens. The congress marked the start of an ongoing academic exchange between the civil law departments of both universities. The conference proceedings bring together the contributions of renowned speakers on fundamental and current issues of civil procedural law, competition law and labor law.
