Zur Vernetzung von ambulanter und stationärer Patientenversorgung

The cross-linking of ambulatory and stationary patient supply in hospitals is not only considered from a scientific point of view, but also contains practical implementation proposals for the avoidance of liability risks (e.g. fictitious shareholder liability) for intersectoral ASV teams. Dogmatically, the ASV was classified into the system of existing healthcare sectors, and the corporate law classification of intersectoral ASV teams as GbR and its liability was examined. The special features of the hospital MVZ were comprehensively presented and proposals for the modification of the “GmbH Konzernkontrolle” in favor of patient interests in investorled hospital groups with the participation of hospital MVZ were developed.
