Dekolonisation der Natur-Mensch-Beziehungen

With the help of the postdevelopment approach and decolonial theories, the book critically examines the Western understanding of sustainability and the dominant notion of the nature-human relationship that underlies this understanding. Building on the insights gained in this way, it illuminates the understandings and concepts of the nature-human relationship as they are debated and represented within those two theoretical approaches. In this way, the book invites readers to learn about other perspectives and to decolonize their own thinking and being.
