Media orders by police power in court are issued in a complex field of tension in which the divergent interests of the media conflict with those of the administration of criminal justice. The lack of legal remedies for media representatives seems to disturb the constitutional balance in this area of tension. How can the media carry out its vital tasks for the liberal-democratic constitution if it is currently unclear which legal remedies are permitted in addition to the extraordinary legal remedy of the constitutional complaint?
