The methodological approach combines a legal dogmatic analysis with insights from institutional economics to examine incentive mechanisms and risk distribution, while drawing parallels with construction contract law.
The work develops practical solutions for the design and implementation of maritime repair contracts in the public sector. It is aimed at practitioners in public procurement law, public contracting authorities and consultants in maritime commercial law.
