This volume provides a well-founded analysis of the criminal law classification of infant circumcision, in particular of medically unindicated procedures, in German and Turkish law. It is aimed at experts in criminal law, as well as lawyers and researchers who are concerned with questions of child law and the legal permissibility of interventions in bodily integrity.
