Durchsetzung von Stadionverboten

Christoph Aloysius Denter provides a legal overview of the enforcement of stadium bans. In contrast to the stadium ban procedure, the preventive measures currently used at national level to enforce stadium bans by clubs, associations and the police are presented and legally evaluated. Based on an empirical approach, examples of how stadium bans are circumvented in practice are identified. In order to solve this enforcement problem at the national level, the author ventures a look at foreign measures before finally proposing his own enforcement model with the "hybrid access prevention system".
