Caesar and German as a foreign language - how do they fit together? On the basis of the "school classic" Caesar, Celina Bausewein shows how a language-sensitive reading in the sense of a consistent, subject-integrated language promotion can meet the various challenges of students with German as a second language in a didactic way. The focus is on the second excursion to Great Britain in the context of ancient ethnography.
