Wilfried Krätzschmar und sein kompositorisches Werk

The work of Wilfried Krätzschmar (born in Dresden in 1944) encompasses advanced instrumental and vocal music and is a lasting testimony to recent German cultural history. Both the composer and renowned authors, including Peter Gülke, provide insights into Krätzschmar's creative work and his cultural and political influence since the 1990s in the city of Dresden and the Free State of Saxony. This is a compendium of the work of Wilfried Krätzschmar, who also had a formative influence as Rector of the Carl Maria von Weber University of Music in Dresden.
