Natural Resources and International Law – Developments and Challenges

The liber amicorum pays homage to Stephan Hobe for his outstanding career as a specialist of a broad variety of fields of international law, e.g. air law, space law, investment law and international economic law. All of these fields are covered with view to the challenging problem of mankind regarding increasingly rare natural resources. The contributions stem from long-time colleagues and friends and cover all relevant aspects of the international law of commodities.
