This dissertation gives answers to all the relevant questions and many of them are answered here, for example, the controversy, where, if a member of board of the “Kassenärztlichen Vereinigung der Orts-, Betriebs-, Innungs- und Ersatzkassen”, a manager of the “Deutschen Rentenversicherung Knappschaft-Bahn-See” and the “Sozialversicherung für Landwirtschaft, Forsten und Gartenbau” who are the employees of the respective agencies, are also the guarantors of the protection of the criminal justice system.
