Wissensmanagement in Staat und Verwaltung

Digital government enhances and transforms knowledge needed for public agency, including the provision of a wide range of public services. Elaborating, storing and communicating this knowledge requires harnessing and combining human information processing and knowledge that is stored and processed automatically. In particular, the intelligent analysis of big data is providing new opportunities. In order to bring them to fruition, the characteristics of various types of public action have to be taken into account, as does their legal environment.
