The increasing importance of electronic ways of communication in all areas of daily life as well as the internationalization of law is influencing the work of judiciary and notaries to a greater extent. A special role plays the expansion of electronic legal communication in connection with land register.
The 5th Dresdner Forum for notary law took the opportunity to highlight the influence of European legal developments and the electronic land register. This volume contains the editorials of the speakers to the following topics:
