The 11th Assistant Conference in Labour Law had the general theme "Labour law as judge's law?". It was hosted by Akad. Rätin a. Z. Dr Carmen Freyler (University of Augsburg) and Jun.-Prof. Dr Stephan Gräf (University of Konstanz) in Augsburg from 28 to 30 July 2022. This conference volume documents the keynote speech by Ms Inken Gallner, President of the Federal Labour Court, and the ten papers presented by young academics. The topics express the diversity of labour law: The volume deals with methodological principles, the limits of judicial further development of the law and aspects of European law as well as with concrete individual, collective and procedural labour law issues.
