Belastungserleben von Lehrkräften in der Pflegepädagogik

Teachers in nursing education sometimes find the start of their career and phases of their professional life very stressful. Using guided interviews, Tara Engelmann identifies stress factors such as the reform of nursing education towards generalist training, the workload, the discrepancy between theory and practice and the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition to the implementation, preparation and follow-up of lessons, the author also identifies identity and role-finding as well as acceptance within the team as particular challenges when starting out in the profession. With her qualitative study, Tara Engelmann provides valuable results that can be used, for example, to formulate recommendations for action.
