Besonderheiten des Arbeitsrechts?

The 10th Assistant Conference in Labour Law on the general topic "Peculiarities of labour law?" took place in Cologne from 29 September to 1 October 2021. The conference proceedings document the opening by the organisers and the keynote speech. At the heart of the book is the documentation of the ten papers presented and discussed at the conference. These do, inter alia, explore whether a closer link between labour law and general civil law is desirable or whether distinctive approaches in labour law should be cultivated and developed. Furthermore, they shed light on intersections with neighbouring areas of law, such as social insurance law and insolvency law. With contributions by Laura Adjan, LL.M.
