Bewegte Grundschule

In this volume, a number of tried and tested suggestions are presented to teachers who wish to realise a school in motion as a cross-sectional task and who wish to embark on a journey with fellow colleagues towards the profile of a certified „Elementary School in Motion“. As way of introduction, the importance of movement in child development is highlighted and discussed, and the concept of an Elementary School in Motion is presented with opportunities and limits alike. The most comprehensive part of the volume consists of partial aims, content suggestions and methodological-organisational ways of implementation, as well as recommended reading. The final part of the volume consists of suggestions for education and training regarding the topic of School in Motion.
