The 2nd edition of this volume comprises current topics in exercise therapy with mentally ill children and adolescents, occupying a significant and extensive area in the context of inpatient multimodal treatment. The spectrum of contributions includes selected study results and reviews on individual pathologies, disorder-oriented concepts and theory-based treatment approaches as well as specific methods and procedures that have proven particularly effective in the clinical setting or have shown to be highly motivational and therapeutic.
