Legal methodology is currently experiencing a revival, yet a key question remains unresolved: Does corporate law possess its own distinct method, or does a universal methodology apply across all legal fields? This dissertation addresses this question for the first time, systematically merging theoretical foundations with an in-depth analysis of key rulings by the Federal Court of Justice's II Civil Senate. The study delivers fresh insights into the application of legal methods in corporate law, ultimately resolving the fundamental issue. It also develops a tailored metamethodology, offering a novel framework for corporate law. This work makes a pivotal contribution to the methodological discourse and opens new avenues for legal practice in this field.
