Few disciplines are as relevant from an interdisciplinary perspective as peace ethics. Nevertheless, it has not received much attention in the humanities. This volume tries to open up this field of research from the perspectives of philosophy and Christian theology. It is not intended as a publication which will only appeal to specialists in peace ethics, but as a contribution to peace education in all the contexts in which peace ethics is studied (e.g. in university, school or church). In an interdisciplinary discussion, it collates ethically relevant ideas and debates current challenges from theological and philosophical standpoints.
