Klublizenzierung und Financial Fair Play nach dem UEFA-Reglement

This thesis examines the regulations of financial fair play in an abstract and concrete way on the example of Paris Saint-Germain and the transfer of the football player Neymar. Although the club licensing procedure lags behind financial fair play regulations in public perception, it forms the basis of a standardisation of licensing requirements in currently 55 member associations. The difficulty of implementation lies in the overlapping of association law and national and international commercial, corporate and accounting law. This thesis identifies problems and weaknesses of implementation and formulates suggestions for improvement.
