Kooperationen wissenschaftlicher Einrichtungen

This volume is the first to monographically analyse questions of corporate and intellectual property law in the context of research institution cooperations de lege lata and de lege ferenda. Based on an analysis of frequently used sample, the author attempts to solve practical drafting problems within the framework of current law. In doing so, boundaries of shaping the current law are identified. The thesis thereby focuses especially on the potential liability of the cooperation and of the cooperating research institutions as well as on the potential legal capacity of the cooperation itself. From the author`s point of view, the current law does not provide an adequate legal framework for research cooperations. He therefore proposes a new legal structure for research cooperations.
