Krieg in der Ukraine: Perspektiven

The interdisciplinary conference „War in Ukraine: Perspectives“ took place from August 30–September 1, 2023 in Münster. It was organized by the German Police University (Deutsche Hochschule der Polizei, DHPol) Münster. The conference focused on the background and challenges of the ongoing Russian war of aggression against Ukraine, ways of ending it and the conditions for a stable and defensible international peace order from the perspective of international (criminal) law, foreign policy, and police practice. The anthology contains selected conference presentations. Further contributions look back at the first DHPol conference on war crimes in Münster 2022 and venture an outlook on possible future develop-ments concerning the war in Ukraine.
