Description
The number of charitable foundations is continually increasing. This also entails an increased relevance of foundation law. This book contains the entirety of the author’a academic writings of the period between 2005 and 2018. Combined with the work “Foundation Law: Collected Works” (2nd edition, 2011), also published by Nomos and containing all of the author’s works up to 2005, the two volumes cover the entire scope of foundation law. There are no thematic overlaps, as both volumes complement each other. Apart from foundation law, the author also deals with family law, inheritance law, legal history, and legal and state philosophy.
