Unternehmen 4.0
Arbeitsrechtlicher Strukturwandel durch Digitalisierung
Published by
Prof. Dr. Martina Benecke
Nomos, 1. Edition 2018, 179 Pages
Description
The work deals with important aspects of labour law with respect to the new data privacy laws in a digital "company 4.0". It is therefore highly significant for academic discourse as well as for practitioners of law. The "Company 4.0" is a major element of the fourth industrial revolution which will effect "working 4.0", which could be characterised as more networked, more digital and more flexible.
The contributions given at the conference discuss the terms “employee” and "Operation", the structuring design of personnel measures under participation of the workers` council and data privacy laws after the coming into effect of the DSGVO and the BDSG 2018.
Prof. Dr. Benecke is holder of the academic chair for Civil Law, Commercial, Labour, and Economic Law at the University of Augsburg. Her main research focus covers the entire scope of labour law, especially anti-discrimination law and "labour law 4.0".

Reviews
