Changes require a clear and conscious methodical approach in order to be achieved in a targeted and intended manner. To this end, the authors of this anthology provide various descriptions, approaches and solutions that can be useful for consultants, project leaders and managers in change processes. Change has to be learned! The volume brings together different presentations of professional development (corporate learning). The texts serve as professional orientation and methodical implementation of different counselling approaches in change processes.
