Zur Verwertbarkeit von Datenbeständen in der Insolvenz

The difficulties in searching for realisable goods of insolvent debtors are increasing. Therefore, the focus of the realizisation of liability is more and more on the debtors" immaterial assets. This work incorporates this development and examines the possibilities of the trustee in insolvency to realize the data resources of the debtors. Especially, it concentrates on the limits of commercialisation that are set by the right to privacy of the data subjects.
