In this book, experts from Europe, Latin America and the United States critically examine the question of how the states of Latin America are positioning themselves in terms of foreign policy in the changing international order. This question arises with topical urgency in the context of the Russian war against Ukraine, but also against the backdrop of the intensifying global systemic competition between the great powers of the United States and China.
